B&O Trails Association (BOTA) cares for the portion of the B&O Trail in Hendricks County. Our trail will also link to the trail system downtown. Last year, work finished up on the expansion of the trail from Speedway towards downtown Indianapolis, ending at Michigan Street. The new expansion is heading west to meet up with the current B&O Trail in Hendricks County. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2025 for all to enjoy. B&O Trails Association (BOTA) is also working to expand the trail towards Speedway. BOTA helped to construct the current B&O Trail in Hendricks County that recently underwent its own westward expansion.
